Due to an increase in business we have the following vacancies:

Estimator

Location: Hull.

Description: To assist the sales team in the preparation of quotations and tenders for both industrial and GRP doors.

The ideal candidate for the above position will be a graduate educated to degree/HND level or someone from a door, building, shopfitting or engineering background, wanting to start/continue a career in sales.

Door Engineer

Reporting To: Repairs + Service Manager

Location: South West UK (To be based and mainly working within an 80 mile radius of Bristol).

Function: work as part of the Installation, Repairs and Service team installing and maintaining industrial doors and other related products supplied by the company.

To work in a safe manner at all times utilising tools and plant in accordance with training and instructions.

You will be required to work away from home on a regular basis. A daily or overnight allowance exists in this instance. This is historically 1-2 days per week. Occasionally you may be asked to attend sites during evenings and weekends.

You will learn about the products and procedures of Envirodoor. Full on the job training will be provided and you will be expected to show your skills, once trained, to a Senior Engineer to a high standard. We use a skills matrix to analyse training requirements and skills for all our Engineers. Our clients expect the very best products and service, our Engineers are key to this.

A full driving license is essential. Other industry related qualifications such as MEWPS, PASMA, FLT, CSCS and SAFETY PASSPORT are desireable.

This position will suit an experienced door fitter / Engineer. An understanding of Electrical Engineering will be an advantage.
